Kate Bailey loves a good book, a good conversation, and a good glass of wine. She and her husband, Noah, live in Williamsburg VA with Kate’s Mom, Lori, and their two rescue dogs, Tilly & Finley. Kate is a proud Clemson grad.
An accomplished professional with 20 years of experience, Kate is currently the Vice President of Category Management at Ferguson. Her career spans sales leadership, business development, product strategy, merchandising, and vendor relationships. Kate has a unique ability to both develop strategy and lead execution. She manages change through clear communication coupled with strong interpersonal relationships. Kate has a very detail-oriented approach which allows her to successfully navigate complex situations, business models, and relationships.
Kate was the founding chair of Ferguson's Women's BRG, EmpowHER, she currently is the Executive Sponsor of ASCEND, Ferguson’s BRG focused on disabilities, serves on the NKBA’s Global Connect board, and enjoys mentoring several ambitious Ferguson associates. She is thrilled for the opportunity to serve as a Board Member of the United Way of the Virginia Peninsula.
