Carlyn is a dedicated real estate leader and longtime community advocate with a deep commitment to supporting local families. As the Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Connect, she brings a passion for service and strategic vision to both business and nonprofit work. Carlyn has worked in real estate since 2006 and has added Commercial, Luxury and Senior Relocation certifications to her resume. A founding board member of ECHO Family Care Partners since 2018, Carlyn also volunteered with Hampton Foster Care from 2010 to 2020 and proudly partners with Peake Early Childhood and is a community partner for Title 1 schools in Hampton and Newport News.
Outside of work, Carlyn is mom to Wyatt (12), a tennis-loving Revolutionary War buff and avid library fan, and Willow (9), a gymnastics and swim team enthusiast—and karaoke star. Carlyn loves cooking paleo meals, grocery shopping, and hosting friends for gatherings.
